所需技能：

Job description:
We Globalization Solution Development team builds the No.1 enterprise 
globalization management platform in the industry, facilitating worldwide 
IBM product teams to fulfill their globalization and localization business 
needs. The systems we developed integrate with various IBM internal systems 
and provide comprehensive solutions for more than 7000 worldwide customers. 
The routine work includes:
- Analyze the requirements, design the best solutions for the customer
- Co-work with local development and testing teams, as well as the worldwide 
team and user community
- Implement complex user requirements and deliver high quality outputs in 
terms of performance and usability
- Troubleshoot, debug and solve problems

Required Skills:
- Excellent programming in Java, J2EE, JavaScript. Dojo and C as a plus
- Experience in Database server(SQL, DB2)
- Excellent in object oriented design principles
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent team player with excellent communication skills
- Bachelor; Master preferred
- Good English skills, including listening, speaking, reading and writing
- Others as plus: experience in globalization or localization development; 
Experience in Agile development
